    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by Tuesday Accounting & CFO Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    Services Description

    We provide professional accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and fractional CFO services to businesses and individuals. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.

    Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
    • Review all work product and report any discrepancies promptly
    • Pay for services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms
    • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided

    Professional Standards

    We adhere to professional standards and ethics as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations. Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill expected of qualified professionals in our field.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuesday Accounting & CFO Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tuesday Accounting & CFO Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
