After buying and building several businesses in the Atlanta area, I wasn't getting the tax advice I needed. I was getting year-end tax surprises and not the kind I wanted.
After studying to become an accountant, I learned the focus of accounting is compliance and not advisory. So I decided to build the type of accounting firm I needed as a new entrepreneur.
As a serial entrepreneur who loves everything small business and AI, I get to fuse two things I'm passionate about…Working with other small business owners and using the power of AI.

Claire Morgan isn't your typical CPA. With more than 20 years in accounting, tax strategy, and business advisory, she's built her career on one mission: make the numbers finally make sense.
Armed with a Master's in Accounting, Claire spent over a decade in corporate finance leading multi-million dollar audits and driving cost-reduction strategies that saved companies millions.
In 2012, Clair shifted her focus to small business owners. She recognized the gap: entrepreneurs were hustling hard but making decisions in the dark.
